fill out forms—such as our AI Readiness Assessment inquiry or newsletter sign-ups;
purchase advisory, implementation, or fractional AI Program Manager services; or
interact with us in e-mails, social media, webinars, or offline events.
By accessing the Site or providing information, you agree to the practices described below in the FAQ. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit personal information.

Legal & Safety – if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
Business Transfers – if Sixth City AI is acquired, merged, or reorganized, information may transfer subject to the same protections.
Servers run on hardened Ubuntu 22.04 with UFW, fail2ban, SSL/TLS, and nightly backups.
Client project files are stored in encrypted volumes; access is role-based and logged.
Internal staff and AI agents follow a least-privilege policy.
We train employees annually on data-handling and AI ethics.
No method of transmission is 100 % secure, but we strive to exceed industry best practice.
Website leads – retained 24 months or until you request deletion.
Client documentation – retained 7 years after project close (audit & tax purposes) unless contract states otherwise.
Aggregated analytics – kept indefinitely in non-identifiable form.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
Access – know what personal data we hold.
Correct – fix inaccurate information.
Delete – request erasure, subject to legal exceptions.
Port – receive a copy in a structured format.
Opt-out – stop marketing e-mails (unsubscribe link in every e-mail).

California residents: we comply with the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or “share” your data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
