This Privacy Policy explains how Sixth City Technologies, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you:

  • visit www.sixthcitytechnologies.com or any sub-domain we control (the “Site”);

  • fill out forms—such as our AI Readiness Assessment inquiry or newsletter sign-ups;

  • purchase advisory, implementation, or fractional AI Program Manager services; or

  • interact with us in e-mails, social media, webinars, or offline events.

By accessing the Site or providing information, you agree to the practices described below in the FAQ. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit personal information.

1. Information We Collect

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (race, health, biometrics, children’s data, etc.). If such data is accidentally provided, we delete or securely store it in compliance with applicable law.

4. How We Share Information

We never sell personal data. We disclose only when necessary:

  1. Service Providers – secure hosting (DigitalOcean / GoDaddy VPS), e-mail marketing, payment processors, analytics platforms—all bound by confidentiality.

  2. Professional Advisors – lawyers, accountants, insurers under NDA.

  3. Legal & Safety – if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

  4. Business Transfers – if Sixth City AI is acquired, merged, or reorganized, information may transfer subject to the same protections.

5. Data Security

  • Servers run on hardened Ubuntu 22.04 with UFW, fail2ban, SSL/TLS, and nightly backups.

  • Client project files are stored in encrypted volumes; access is role-based and logged.

  • Internal staff and AI agents follow a least-privilege policy.

  • We train employees annually on data-handling and AI ethics.

No method of transmission is 100 % secure, but we strive to exceed industry best practice.

6. Data Retention

  • Website leads – retained 24 months or until you request deletion.

  • Client documentation – retained 7 years after project close (audit & tax purposes) unless contract states otherwise.

  • Aggregated analytics – kept indefinitely in non-identifiable form.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Access – know what personal data we hold.

  • Correct – fix inaccurate information.

  • Delete – request erasure, subject to legal exceptions.

  • Port – receive a copy in a structured format.

  • Opt-out – stop marketing e-mails (unsubscribe link in every e-mail).

  • Limit/Decline cookies – adjust browser settings.

California residents: we comply with the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or “share” your data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

EEA/UK residents: you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority; we cooperate fully.

8. International Transfers

Our primary servers are in the United States. If you reside outside the U.S., your data will be processed here. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other transfer mechanisms recognized by GDPR.

The Site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, contact us for deletion.
